We believe technique beats memorising

Who said the students at the top of the state are the ones who remember the most definitions? They are the ones who can build an argument out of this week's data.

Learn the syllabus properly

Complex theory broken into frameworks you can actually retain and reuse under exam pressure.

Write like a marker wants

Weekly essay marking with brutal, constructive feedback from tutors who know the criteria line by line.

Use this term's economy

Notes rewritten every term so your evidence is the current RBA decision, not a textbook printed in 2019.

HSC Economics is the only thing we do

No sprawling timetable of twelve subjects. One syllabus, taught by two people who sat it, ranked in it, and have marked several thousand essays against it since.

What a week with us looks like

  • A two-hour masterclass on one syllabus dot point, with diagrams drawn live.
  • A short-answer set and one essay question to submit by Sunday.
  • Marked work back within 48 hours, against the real HSC criteria.
  • A contemporary-data brief: what moved this week and how to cite it.

I was stuck on 70% all year. The essay frameworks here pushed me to a 94 in the final exam. Best decision of Year 12.

Common questions

Are classes online or in person?
Every class and 1-on-1 session runs online over Zoom, on an interactive whiteboard so diagrams are drawn out exactly as they would be in a classroom.
What happens if I miss a group class?
All masterclasses are recorded and uploaded to the student portal within 24 hours, so nothing is lost if you have to miss a week.
Do you mark school assessments?
Yes. Weekly essay marking is included in every option. Submit a draft or a practice essay and you get a completed rubric back before your school due date.
When should I start?
Most students join at the start of a term, but we take enrolments year round. The earlier you start, the more marked essays you get behind you before Trials.

Still deciding? Send us a question — we answer every one within a day.

Spots each term are limited

Classes are kept small on purpose. Put your name down and we will let you know what is open for the next term.
