By using this website or enrolling in our tutoring services you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services provided

Crown Economics provides educational resources, group classes and online tutoring for the NSW HSC Economics syllabus.

2. Intellectual property

All materials provided to you — study notes, essay frameworks, sample responses, videos and platform designs — are the exclusive intellectual property of Crown Economics.

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use these materials for your own study.
• You may not share, distribute, sell or reproduce any Crown Economics material without written permission. Doing so results in immediate termination of your account without refund.

3. User accounts

If you are given a student portal account you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Account sharing is prohibited, and we monitor account usage for suspicious activity.

4. Payments and refunds

Fees are stated clearly before you enrol. Because our offering is digital and service-based, refunds are handled case by case at our discretion, except where Australian Consumer Law requires otherwise.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Economics is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website.

6. Changes to these terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified by email or by updating the effective date above.
